Handle It (handleit.ca) is operated by a licensed insurance advisor based in Manitoba, Canada. This page explains what information we collect when you use the quiz or book a call, and what we do with it.
The quiz itself doesn't require an account, email, or sign-up. When you answer the quiz questions, your answers (including the age range you select) are used only to calculate your results on-screen — they are not stored on a server or sent anywhere unless you choose to book a call.
If you book a call, we collect what you provide through our booking tool (Calendly), which typically includes your name, email address, and phone number, so we can confirm and prepare for your appointment.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Calendly to manage bookings; when you book a call, your information is also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. The quiz may also reference Willful.ca as a referral for will-writing services — if you choose to visit their site, their privacy policy applies to that interaction, not this one.
We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to provide the service you've requested and to meet standard recordkeeping requirements for licensed insurance advisors in Manitoba.
You can ask us what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to any regulatory recordkeeping obligations we're required to follow as a licensed advisor. Reach out using the contact details on our booking page to make a request.
